Ingredients
2 tbsp | Nut Butter |
2 tbsp | Coconut Cloud Yogurt |
1 | Gluten-Free Tortilla |
1 | Banana |
Make it school-safe with a nut-free version: replace nut butter with sunflower seed butter! It's high in protein, full of healthy fats and antioxidants. Its nutty flavour will satisfy your peanut butter cravings.
Preparations:
1. In a small bowl, mix together your choice nut butter and coconut yogurt. Spread an even layer over the tortilla.
2.Place the banana on one end of the tortilla. Roll it up and slice into bite size pieces. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1/2 | Cucumber |
3 tbsp | Coconut Cloud (or dairy free cream cheese) |

Collagen Peach Paleo Muffin
Ingredients
1/2 cup | Coconut Flour |
1/4 tsp | Baking Soda |
1/2 tsp | Unrefined Sea Salt |
4 | Free Range Eggs |
1/2 cup | Fantastic Fat MCT Oil |
1/2 cup | Maple Syrup |
1/2 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
1-1/4 cup | Peaches (peeled, pitted, diced) |
1/4 cup | Powderful Collagen |
We're bringing muffins back! These GG-approved treats are packed with our favourite functional boosters, leaving you feeling satisfied and fuelled. Beauty food at its best!
Preparations:
1. Preheat oven to 350'F and line muffin tin with unbleached muffin liners.
2.Combine coconut flour, baking soda, collagen powder and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, MCT oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
4.Add dry to wet and mix again until thoroughly combined. Fold in 1 cup of diced peaches.
5.Divide mixture evenly among 9 muffin liners. Sprinkle remaining diced fruit on top of each muffin to make them pretty.
6.Bake 25-27 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean and muffins are golden.
